After the successful undercover operation in Sabbath territory, they found out who the leader of the pack near the Utrecht Domain was. The posse set up a trap to assassinate him and in case humans might see them they outfitted themselves as members of the Dutch Intelligence agency (Binnenlandse Veiligheids Dienst) so they at least could sneak around town without arousing much suspicion and not risk a breach of the masquerade.
During all of Ayfara's adventure's she discovered that handling any type of fire-arm could also be an art and so she developed it into one. So her role was to take out any unwanted vampiric subjects during their assassination attempt on the pack leader.
